OMG! Derek was great! First he put up with us! We don't think we were too bad however apparently our other realtor before Derek did. All we wanted was a realtor that was on OUR side and protecting us rather than being more interested in a listing and pushing for the lowest price to get it sold. And interestingly, Derek was able to sell our property for MORE than the other realtor wanted to LIST the property for. All CASH deal! And Derek set the highest price to date for that complex. And fast closing! No fear in pushing the envelope. What stuck out the most, was that Derek acted like we were his only client! And we KNOW we weren't! He is very accessible and gets back to us quickly. I don't think we bothered him too much. :) And he does his "gentle" reminders when we need to get our butts going on something. Derek was awesome to work with He proved that he is knowledgeable and patient time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Without Derek, I could have NEVER bought a 7 figure house unseen during one of the most unprecedented times in our American history!
